Mikel Ruffinelli, from Los Angeles, holds the world record for the largest hips, measuring a staggering 8 feet in circumference. Weighing 420 pounds and standing at 5’4″, the 39-year-old is unapologetically confident about her health and has no plans to shed pounds.

“I love my shape, and I see no reason to diet because I don’t have health problems,” Mikel proudly asserts. She embraces her unique physique, stating, “I love my curves, I love my hips, I love my attributes.” While she doesn’t intend to alter her diet, she does exercise and maintains a 40″ waist, proportionally smaller than her 99″ hips.

Despite her self-assuredness, Mikel faces daily challenges due to her size, like difficulty in using the shower and attracting negative attention from onlookers.
However, she believes many men appreciate her hourglass figure, saying, “Men don’t fancy skinny girls.”
