Allegra Cole, a 54-year-old glamour model and mother of eight, is embracing life with her dramatic 54-inch, 20-pound breasts. Known as “the poster child for cosmetic surgery,” she has undergone numerous procedures over the past 20 years, including a butt lift, tummy tuck, and 4,600cc breast implants. Despite the weight of her enhancements, Allegra feels her “very best” at this age.

In a recent Instagram post, she thanked her plastic surgeons, saying, “Thank you Sarah and team for helping me look and feel my very best!” Allegra appreciates the support she’s received, both from her medical team and her family. She shared her gratitude with her children, writing, “To all my 8 babies, I will forever be grateful to you for the unconditional love.”

Reflecting on her surgical journey, Allegra admits to some challenges, including a desire to correct breast symmetry. “I wanted them to be fuller, bigger,” she said. Nevertheless, she remains committed to her transformative path, stating, “I will always be evolving, growing, changing.”
