Lazy Husband Gets His Due

A lazy husband refused to help his wife with household chores. When asked to tidy the garden, he retorted, “Do I look like a gardener to you?!” Similarly, when she asked him to fix the bathroom door, he replied, “Do I appear to be a carpenter?” He then left for a trip.

Upon returning, he noticed both tasks were completed. Assuming his wife did it, he said, “I knew my wife would handle this on her own.” However, she revealed, “It’s not me.” When asked who did it, she replied, “Our neighbor.”

Neighbor’s Help

Curious, the husband asked, “How much did you pay him?” His wife replied, “No, he just offered me to give him bread or… you know what!” The husband exclaimed, “I hope you gave him bread!” She retorted, “Do I look like a bakery to you?!”

The Blonde Joke

A blonde woman called her lover for help with a jigsaw puzzle she found challenging. She said, “I have a difficult jigsaw puzzle that I’m not sure how to begin.” When asked what the puzzle was supposed to depict, she replied, “It’s a rooster, based on the image on the box.”

Puzzle Solution

Her partner visited to assist. Seeing the puzzle pieces, he quickly realized the situation. He told her, “We are not going to be able to put these parts together to make anything that even remotely resembles a rooster, no matter what we do.” He then suggested, “Let’s put all these Corn Flakes back in the box,” and offered her a cup of tea to relax.
