She revealed in her 2016 autobiography, Settle for More, that she stopped exercising after having children but stays fit by following the F-factor diet. “I gave up working out,” she admitted, instead relying on the high-fiber diet developed by dietitian Tanya Zuckerbrot, which she credits for helping her shed baby weight after her first child in 2009.
