Far-Left State Election official Caught in Absentee Ballot Fraud Sting, Found to Have Changed Ballots

In a case that captured national attention, a jury in Milwaukee found former election official Kimberly Zapata guilty of misconduct for acquiring fraudulent absentee ballots. Initially charged in 2022 with one count of felony misconduct and three counts of election fraud, she was convicted on all counts. Zapata exploited her role at the Milwaukee Election Commission to request ballots using fictitious names and Social Security numbers, subsequently casting them for a candidate of her preference.

As a point of context, Republicans have raised alarms regarding voter fraud since the 2020 election, yet the Democrats and their allies in mainstream media have largely dismissed these concerns despite the growing evidence. Critics have particularly highlighted the vulnerabilities associated with absentee ballots, which are completed and mailed to polling locations without any oversight.

This issue was underscored when a video detailing Zapata’s sentencing was shared on X on April 2, 2025. In the video, conservative influencer Real Robert analyzed the case, stating, “No election fraud in Wisconsin? ANOTHER DEMOCRAT, Wisconsin Election Commission director Kimberly Zapata found guilty on all felony counts for falsifying military ballots.”

Adding further context, he elaborated on her failed legal defense. Real Robert asserted, “Zapata informed investigators that she aimed to demonstrate the existence of fraud in our elections. It turns out she was entirely correct. Milwaukee Assistant District Attorney Matthew Westphal remarked that Zapata’s actions constituted “an attack on our electoral system,” which relies on public trust in its administrators.

In the comments section beneath his post, users expressed their outrage regarding the disgraceful crime. One comment stated, “It is difficult to have faith in any election that lacks measures to guarantee a legitimate vote. Why is it that all instances of election fraud are attributed to the left?” Another user inquired, “Did she get caught, or did she present evidence… Or did she get caught and then…[?] oh oh oh I’m a whistleblower. I am certain we already know the answer to that.”

Some accounts voiced their discontent with the relatively lenient sentence she received. One reply noted, “She received 1 year of probation, a $3000 fine, and 120 hours of community service. She should have been sentenced to 5 years in prison. Until these individuals are incarcerated, the fraud will persist.” In agreement, another user remarked, “These individuals need to be made examples of… The judicial system must convey a clear message that vote fraud will not be tolerated. Our democracy will perish if voter fraud continues.”

Contemplating the integrity of more recent elections, one account questioned whether the fraud was limited to Zapata. He remarked, “I could be wrong, but isn’t that the same location that held an election yesterday? That seems quite strange. I hope there were no issues with yesterday’s election. I am sure this does not raise any suspicions… At all. I wonder how many undocumented individuals voted.”

Concluding the remarks, a voter from Wisconsin shared their viewpoint regarding the election fraud, stating, “Wisconsin must take notice. Do you genuinely believe it is mere coincidence that this information surfaces precisely when the dishonest ‘individual’ who is widely recognized for having lied numerous times wins the election? In my opinion, I would advocate for a recall with unbiased sources before the integrity of Wisconsin is irreparably compromised.
