Caitlyn Jenner’s Former Alleged Girlfriend Dies In Freak Accident

Caitlyn Jenner is said to be “devastated” following the tragic and unforeseen passing of her longtime manager and dear friend, Sophia Hutchins, who was only 29 years old.

Hutchins tragically lost her life in a dreadful ATV accident just outside Jenner’s Malibu home. Initial reports indicate that she collided with another vehicle while driving the all-terrain vehicle and was thrown into a nearby ravine. Despite the prompt arrival of first responders, Hutchins was pronounced dead at the scene. Fortunately, no other individuals were injured in the incident.

A source close to the reality television star informed RadarOnline, “Caitlyn is in utter shock. She is unable to comprehend it. Sophia was not merely a colleague—she was an integral part of Caitlyn’s daily existence.”

The bond between the two was profound. Since 2017, Hutchins had taken on the role of Jenner’s manager, stepping in after Jenner’s highly publicized separation from ex-wife Kris Jenner. Hutchins managed the business aspects of Jenner’s career, overseeing public appearances, endorsements, and more. She also played a significant role in the E! docuseries I Am Cait, which chronicled Jenner’s journey of gender transition.

Hutchins, who was a transgender woman herself, was initially drawn to Jenner’s narrative after the former Olympic gold medalist publicly came out as transgender in 2015. At that time, Hutchins was a student at Pepperdine University, navigating her own transition. Their paths eventually converged, and their relationship quickly evolved into a distinctive and tightly woven partnership—both professionally and personally.

In a 2019 interview with The New York Times, Hutchins shared her motivations for becoming Jenner’s manager. She expressed a desire to shield Jenner from individuals seeking to exploit her. “There were numerous people taking advantage, and I told her, ‘If I don’t intervene, you’re going to end up with nothing,’” Hutchins disclosed.

Despite speculation regarding a romantic involvement between the two, Hutchins firmly asserted the true nature of their relationship. “Caitlyn is like a parent to me,” she stated at the time, emphasizing that their connection was entirely familial.

Hutchins resided with Jenner in her $3.5 million estate in Malibu for several years and was frequently seen accompanying her to significant events, including the 2024 White House Correspondents’ Dinner held in Washington, D.C.

Hutchins was also recognized for her political opinions, often voicing her support for President Donald Trump and endorsing the America First agenda—an atypical stance within Hollywood’s predominantly liberal environment.

As Jenner grieves this unexpected loss, both fans and friends are commemorating Hutchins as a fiercely loyal, intelligent, and impactful woman whose life was tragically cut short.
