Anyone know what this could be? I have found two piles of these in my daughters room

There is something so deeply reassuring about a mystery that ends not with an exterminator, but with a quiet glance at a well-loved, lavender-scented stuffed bear. It is a perfect reminder that in the theater of the imagination, our minds will always jump to the worst-case scenario. But reality is usually much softer, much simpler, and much more innocent.
As someone who is deeply proactive about my health at 73, I always remind myself (and my loved ones) that panic is the enemy of clarity. When we panic, our bodies spike with cortisol. This stress hormone constricts our blood vessels and increases inflammation—which is the absolute last thing we want when we’re trying to keep our circulation steady and those unexplained purple blotches on our arms at bay!
Taking a deep breath, stepping back, and investigating with a calm, curious mind is always the very best first step.
The “Avocado Lover’s” Lavender Wind-Down Ritual
Since the hero of this story was a lavender bear, it got me thinking about the wonderful, calming properties of lavender for a parent’s peace of mind!
Since I have a strong personal preference for avocados and incorporate them into almost every single aspect of my life (even though my children absolutely do not share my liking for them, which just means I get to enjoy the whole, glorious batch all to myself!), I love combining the soothing scent of lavender with the deep, nourishing properties of avocado oil after a long day of household mysteries.
Here is my go-to, 3-Ingredient Calming Evening Hand & Wrist Balm that I use to reset my nervous system before bed:
Ingredients You’ll Need:

1 tablespoon pure, cold-pressed avocado oil: Packed with Vitamin E and monounsaturated fats that deeply nourish the skin and support the health of the tiny capillaries right under the surface.
1 tablespoon unrefined shea butter: Provides a protective, soothing layer that seals in moisture and allows your hands to glide smoothly during a massage.
3 drops of pure lavender essential oil: A natural, gentle relaxant that signals to the nervous system that the day’s worries are over and it is time to rest.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
The Gentle Mix: Place the avocado oil and shea butter in a small glass jar. Warm it slightly in your palms until it blends into a smooth, creamy balm.
The Calming Drop: Stir in the lavender essential oil.
The Soothing Application: After tucking the little ones in (and thoroughly inspecting their stuffed animals, of course!), gently massage a small amount of this balm into your hands, wrists, and arms in slow, circular motions. This gentle self-massage promotes local blood flow, melts away lingering tension, and leaves your skin feeling incredibly soft and protected.
A Beautiful Reminder
Thank you for sharing this masterclass in collective anxiety and ultimate relief again. It is a gentle, humorous, and heartwarming reminder to always look for the simplest, most innocent explanation first.
Whether it’s a mysterious pile on the floor, a strange noise in the night, or a sudden worry about our health, we have the wisdom to pause, breathe, and seek the truth with a calm heart.
If you ever have another household mystery—or just want to share a favorite comforting ritual—I am always here, kettle on and ready to listen.
