Man Chooses Not to Date Women He Deems Unattractive and Refuses to Settle for Anything Below His Ideal

High Standards and Loneliness

Single father Kevin, fears he might remain alone forever due to his refusal to date women he deems unattractive. Despite his quest for love, Kevin maintains high standards and refuses to lower them. He believes he can only fall for someone who meets all his criteria and has sworn never to settle for less.

Kevin’s Criteria for Love

TikToker Kevin, from Fife, shared with The Sun that he has particularly high expectations in relationships. He admits that while everyone wants to be sure about their partner, his standards are notably stringent. For Kevin, appearances are crucial. “I’m not into ugly women,” he stated, acknowledging his own attractiveness but holding firm to his standards.

Dream Woman and Dating Challenges

Kevin’s ideal partner is long-haired and “busty,” with a preference against ponytails. He recognizes the difficulty in finding such a partner, saying, “It’s harder to find someone when you only go for high-end appearances. It makes the search tougher, and many other men will be interested. But I refuse to settle for second best. I understand I might be single for a long time.”

Current Dating Situation

On TikTok, Kevin, known as @boerboelblade2, is currently in a committed relationship after several years of dating inconsistently. His last relationship, which began at the end of 2022, ended after just one month.

Struggles with Traditional and Online Dating

Kevin, who has abstained from drinking for years, finds it difficult to meet women through traditional methods like pubs or bars. He also struggles with dating apps, noting that many potential matches either don’t respond or fall short of his attractiveness standards. “I’ve lowered my standards before and didn’t enjoy it. I won’t do it again,” he says.

Choosing to Stay Single

Kevin is content with his lifestyle choice, even though people often question his single status. He believes his decent looks and financial stability could attract a partner, but he refuses to compromise on his standards. “Lots of men are single because they choose to be and don’t want to settle. It’s a lifestyle choice,” he concludes.
