A woman is proudly showing off her smaller chest after doctors fixed the disastrous breast augmentation that left her with two large implants stacked in each of her breasts.

Brittany Mann from Baltimore, Maryland, shocked Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif when she revealed on Monday night’s episode of the E! reality series Botched that she had a total of four breast implants.

‘Looking back on this decision to go forward with double-stacked breast implants, I wish I wouldn’t have touched them and that I would have realized that I didn’t need boobs that big,’ she said after her successful breast augmentation.

Before her surgery, she had two sets of breast implants in her body that made her chest ‘look deformed’ and caused her ‘a lot of pain.’

‘I guess you could say I’m stacked,’ she joked in her testimonial.

Brittany explained that she was ‘super skinny’ as a child and felt left behind when her sisters started ‘filling out really nicely’ when she stayed scrawny.

‘I thought that more curves were better,’ she said of her lifelong insecurity. ‘That’s just what I related to beauty.’

After meeting her husband, Justin, she decided she wanted a boob job, and he ‘seemed to be automatically on board.’

Justin’s enthusiasm for larger boobs only confirmed Brittany’s fear that her natural breasts were ‘probably really bad.’

Brittany researched plastic surgeons until she came across a set of before-and-after photos that she liked. She opted for 600 cc implants and was happy with the results— at first.

Ten months after her surgery, she was at the gym when her breast implant started poking through her skin on the right side. Not only was her doctor unable to give her a ‘definitive answer,’ but he was also unwilling to fix it.

She started seeking out other plastic surgeons, but she didn’t just want to fix the problem, she wanted 1300 cc implants.

Brittany admitted that many doctors turned her away because of her request, but she finally found a surgeon who told her he ‘could stack silicone implants’ to give her the breast size she wanted.

‘I went in for surgery, and when I woke up, I had my big boobs and I was happy. But I was in a lot of pain,’ she recalled. ‘Pretty quickly, I realized that it didn’t go so well. I noticed a puzzle piece where the right side of my cleavage dipped in, and then the left side followed that.

‘It made me really self-conscious,’ she added. ‘I just knew I’d made a horrible decision. It’s been ten months since my surgery, and in more ways than one, I am still paying the price for these boobs.’

Brittany’s massive chest caused her pain in her neck and back, and she would get red welts on her shoulders from her bra because of how heavy her breasts were.

‘I am super nervous to tell Dr. Nassif and Dr. Dubrow that I have four implants in,’ she admitted in her testimonial. ‘It kind of feels like telling my mom that I did something wrong when I was younger.’

As she recounted how she ended up with stacked implants, it was made clear that her problems really started when she set her sights on getting 1300 cc implants.

In his testimonial, Dr. Dubrow explained that the maximum size for a manufactured silicone implant is 800 ccs and anything larger than that puts ‘too much tension’ on the tissue.

Patients who seek implants larger than 800 ccs put themselves at risk for ‘thinning of the skin, atrophy to the breast tissue, or significant capsular contracture’ — a condition that can cause implants to harden and become misshapen.

It’s like putting a bunch of people in an elevator that meets the weight capacity,’ he said. ‘You can do it, but do you want to be in that elevator?’

The doctors knew that Brittany was looking to fix her massive breasts, but they had no idea how dangerous her second boob job was until she admitted what her plastic surgeon had done.

‘Stack? You have two implants in each breast?’ asked a bewildered Dr. Dubrow.

Justin confirmed that in each breast, his wife has one implant placed below the muscle and one above.

‘You go to the implant company inserts, it specifically says do not stack implants,’ Dr. Dubrow told her gravely. ‘It’s forbidden.’

Knowing that she made a huge mistake, Brittany told the doctors that she would like them to remove all four of her breast implants and replace them with one 800 cc pair.

‘We can take them all out, put a new pair in, and do some kind of lifting procedure, which means scars,’ Dr. Dubrow told her after examining her breasts.

Brittany was understandably hesitant about agreeing to another surgery after being warned about potential scarring.

‘I know it may be necessary to have scars in order to come out better than I came in,’ she said in her testimonial. ‘But that scares me a lot. Because I just feel like I won’t see my breasts as beautiful anymore.’

She ultimately agreed to the surgery, and luckily, Dr. Dubrow was able to avoid making additional incisions during the procedure, saving her from more scars.

Although I could probably give Brittany a little more of a lift by doing a vertical incision, knowing that she really doesn’t want a scar there, it’s not worth it,’ he explained in the operating room right before he finished the procedure.

Ten weeks post-op, the patient was happy to report that she didn’t have any more pain in her back, shoulders, or neck.

‘Thinking about having four implants in my chest, it makes me feel really gross,’ she admitted. ‘I’ll never make a stupid decision like that again.’

For the first time in a long time, Brittany was able to go on a hike with her husband, and she couldn’t resist showing off her new breasts in a maroon sports bra.

‘Now, since my surgery with Dr. Dubrow, I look a million times better and I can definitely tell that [the implants are] actually where they’re supposed to sit. They look wonderful now,’ she said.

‘I never would have thought that my boobs had that much impact on my life.’
