Social media users have expressed their inability to recognize Hollywood actress Alyssa Milano in a recent snap she shared online. She posted an array of photos, the first one of which showed her in a swimsuit.
Five days ago, “Charmed” star Alyssa Milano, 51, took to Instagram to post a carousel of photos showing her and her husband, David Bugliari, enjoying a fabulous getaway to Cabo San Lucas with friends. Of all the pictures, the cover photo drew the most attention from the public.

In the picture, Milano was seen posing in a hot tub with Bugliari while dressed in a swimsuit and beach hat. Eagle-eyed social media users were quick to point out how different the actress looks, with some urging her to stop using Botox.

“That’s Alyssa Milano?” questioned an Instagrammer while another asserted, “That does not look like her.” Similarly, another person wrote, “I don’t know who that is but it’s not Alyssa Milano.”

Other people felt the need to let the star know what she should do where her appearance is concerned. “PLZ, don’t Botox your face! You are starting to look like those people who do,” urged an onlooker. Referring to her attire, someone else chastised, “Put some clothes on girl, Gheesh,” and a Facebooker commented, “Think she left half her top at home …”

“Breast implants are such a bizarre concept…” noted a social media user. A perplexed user asked, “What did she do to her face?” Amid the vitriol, however, was a fan who swooned, “You’re a gorgeous couple. Such lovely photos. 🥰💜”
In addition to the sultry swimsuit photo causing all the contestation among social media users, Milano shared other endearing images of the couples’ trip. Photos showed heartwarming moments of her relaxing with friends while at the beach.

Others showed everyone enjoying each other’s company while out at a Nobu restaurant for dinner. There was also a picture of all three couples posing for a photo in matching pajamas which had each of their initials imprinted on their tops.

“Couples trip to #nobuloscabosresidences […] This place is absolute perfection. For long term stay, a romantic getaway or a family focused vacation. Highly recommend […] We are here with all our couples best friends and I can’t stop smiling,” penned Milano alongside her Instagram post.
Although Milano and her husband more than enjoyed their vacation with their friends, their trip was still slightly overshadowed by the negative feedback she received on her post. Though many comments made about her changed visage and use of Botox struck a tone of surprise, Milano has long been open about physical tweaks she’s had done in the past.
In a TikTok video she made in 2021, the “Who’s the Boss” talent revealed her secret to “staying so beautiful” when a fan asked her what products she uses for wrinkles. “Botox,” answered the mom of two, who previously followed the low-carb Atkins program to reach her “happy” weight, before giving the camera a cheeky wink.
Aside from being honest regarding her use of Botox, Milano, who once admitted to having “to work a little harder” to keep fit after becoming a mom of two, has also been frank about the natural physical changes her body has gone through as a result of aging. On her 48th birthday, she shared a makeup-free selfie and noted these changes in the caption that accompanied her post.
“My body makes crackling sounds when I walk. My daughter asked me the other day why my butt is so jiggley. Sometimes I forget things. I’m tired all of the time. But overall, I’m just grateful for this life. My life,” read a part of her caption.
In a similar fashion to the 2020 birthday post, Alyssa Milano shared another makeup-free selfie to mark her 51st birthday last year. This post included a carousel of images that all had the same picture of her with different paragraphs of text pasted over her face.
While speaking about her special day, which she referred to as reaching “level 51,” Milano shared another important message with her followers. She divulged the valuable insights she had learned up until that point in her life, citing resilience, gratitude, empathy, compassion, and love as “cheat codes” to navigating her journey.
“I embrace the challenges and joys that lie ahead, knowing that I have the cheat codes of resilience, gratitude, compassion, empathy, and the love of those around me to guide me through this game of life,” expressed the end of her message.
