If you can solve this hard IQ debate, your IQ is at least 145.

You have to be a genius to pass this IQ test.

The digits of their ages are reversed. Therefore:

==> The father’s age is: 10X + Y
==> The son’s age is: 10Y + X

The sum of their ages is 66. Therefore, 11X + 11Y = 66
Divided by 11: X + Y = 6

The positive single-digit answers are:
0 and 6
1 and 5
2 and 4
3 and 3

Correct Answer #1: The son’s age is 15 if the dad’s age is 51.
Correct Answer #2: The son’s age is 24 if the dad’s age is 42.

But what about the common mistake: 33 and 33??
WRONG! because a father and a son cannot be the same age.

And how about about 60 and 6?
If the dad’s age is 60 and the son’s age is (0)6, their ages add up to 66.
