Remembering Sienna Stewart: A Brave Graduate’s Journey

Sienna Stewart, an inspiring 18-year-old graduate from Hiram High School, tragically passed away just weeks after an unforgettable moment at her graduation ceremony on May 23rd. Sienna had been battling severe cardiomyopathy and heart failure, yet she found the strength to walk across the stage and receive her diploma, a moment that deeply moved her family and everyone in attendance.

Despite collapsing on stage, Sienna insisted on completing her walk to graduate, determined to fulfill her dream. Her resilience was evident, having received a life-saving heart transplant at the age of four and enduring health challenges ever since. Sadly, Sienna passed away a few weeks later, leaving behind plans to attend college and pursue a career in sonogram technology.

Sienna’s story is a testament to her strength and determination, and she will be remembered for her courageous spirit. May she rest in peace.
