Legendary actor found in his California home

Famous for his parts in The Bodyguard, Night at the Museum, and New Jack City, the actor left the movie business. Bill’s brother Thomas G. Cobbs, who is also a pastor, confirmed the sad news on Facebook: “Bill died peacefully at his home in California on June 25.”Bill recently celebrated his 90th birthday with loved ones who he cares about a lot.

He is a devoted partner, big brother, uncle, surrogate parent, godfather, and friend. We are all comforted by the thought that Bill has found peace and eternal rest with his Heavenly Father.“ We ask for your prayers and encouragement during this time.” According to TMZ, it’s still not clear what killed Bill. Bill’s niece, Bethany Cobbs, shared a cute picture of him with his family earlier this month to celebrate his birthday.
